Ulla Lüders: Director/Founder
Ulla Lüders is the sole director and managing partner at Ring Leaders.
Her main areas of expertise include project management, market research, negotiation, and culture and arts exchange.
As a ‘China Hand’ with over 15 years of experience in China, Ms Lüders has an extensive and well-functioning network within Danish and Chinese business, cultural and governmental circles. She has worked with the Danish Business Delegation, the Center for Cultural cooperation with Developing Countries, The Danish Metal Union and the Danish Minister of Culture.
Prior to creating Ring Leaders, Ms Lüders co-founded China Access in 2002, a business consultancy agency which is currently represented in Copenhagen, Hong Kong and Beijing.
Ms Lüders is a Danish national, she is fluent in English, Chinese and Danish. She holds dual MA degrees in Chinese language and culture from Aarhus University and in Intercultural Communications and Development from Roskilde University Center.
